Returns Policy
At Mentauge.com we offer a 14-Day Money Back return policy. We stand behind the quality, authenticity, and value of all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the item is in its original, unused condition including all original packaging and tags intact. PLEASE only remove tags, AFTER you are certain you will keep your purchase.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS INVOLVING AMERICAN EXPRESS WILL INCUR A 5% RESTOCKING FEE**
1. Email us michael@mentauge.com within 14 days of your purchase date for a Return Authorization Code: We will reply with an RA # code and return address label
2. You may ship your return using any carrier at your own expense.*
3. Complete the Return Form: Each domestic order comes with a packing slip; on the reverse of this you will find the Return Form. Along with entering the Return Authorization Code, please tell us why you're returning the item so that we can better serve you in the future. In addition, please indicate whether you would prefer a refund or store credit.
4. Pack and Ship Your Return: Wrap your item carefully and neatly in a box and enclose the bottom portion of the packing slip (Return Form) with your return
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when returned to us when shipping using your own carrier. Insurance is recommended in such cases.
5. Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been received and processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account within 7 days after we have received your return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return which does not comply with our guidelines.
Unless there is an error on our part in the order, shipping is not refundable and refunds/credits are issued for merchandise only.
We strive to offer our customers great merchandise at the best possible prices. In order to do so, we cannot offer exchanges as we usually have very limited quantities of any particular item, often times having only one. If you would like a different item or size which we have available, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
